Merman Ventures is an Airbnb management company in Florida. They wanted a fun beachy brand, so a red-headed merman with a bit of a dad bod was created to immediately separate the listings from competitors. Typography for the brand was inspired by classic sailor tattoos to enhance the ocean vibe. Commonly forgotten beach essentials like towels, sunglasses, and flip flops were designed and produced to put in rental properties as an additional brand touchpoint.
